Judit is an inclusion and equity trainer and advisor committed to promoting social justice, human rights, and intersectional feminism. Throughout her career, she has worked to address socioeconomic inequalities, focusing on those faced by Romani women.

Judit’s work has encompassed advocacy, developing and managing teams and non-formal education programmes, conducting public policy analysis, qualitative research, and monitoring human rights abuses at national and international levels. She regularly presents, writes, designs, and delivers interactive training programs and workshops on inclusion and equity, leadership, intersectionality, allyship, resilience, and social issues affecting the Roma and Women of Colour communities.

In 2020, Judit co-founded Ame Panzh ("Five of Us"), a Romani activist group of knowledge producers who have launched a unique series of online discussions and co-authored a book on Roma representation, diversity, equity, and inclusion. In 2023, Judit also co-founded Sheja Consulting, the first Romani women-led platform offering specialised services in business communication, leadership development, corporate DEIB consultation, and training, providing comprehensive solutions for organisations seeking to enhance their diversity and inclusion efforts.

Judit is a graduate of the School of Public Policy at Central European University (CEU).

I am inspired by the strong, resilient Romani women who have shown immense courage and determination in driving change. Change does not happen overnight but evolves gradually, with small but significant steps at local levels and in our immediate surroundings, creating waves of impact over time. Through my various workshops, I have observed that meaningful change requires time, persistent efforts, openness, and willingness to continuous learning. This mindset enables individuals to understand and appreciate that identity consciousness coupled with self-reflection and awareness can lead to more equitable and just societies.
