Our Fellowship
The Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity programme is a transformative experience that emphasises learning, connection and reflection. For both our Residential Fellows and our Non-Residential Fellows, the fellowship journey begins with an immersive year at the London School of Economics and Political Science, centred around key learning Modules. It is an intense and demanding year that requires full commitment from Fellows as they join a community that helps to support, challenge, and deepen their learning and practice.
APPLICATION DATES
Applications for the 2024-25 programme will open in Autumn 2023.

Our fellowship programme offers two tracks: Residential and Non-Residential. Participants in both tracks participate in rigorous academic coursework, leadership and skills development, and practical approaches to fostering social change.
My fellowship year allowed me to expand my knowledge and test my ideas and learnings in a critical and open environment. I leave stronger, feeling part of a global community, and ready to contribute to equality and social justice.
The fellowship provided me with an invaluable opportunity to connect with and learn from inspirational and passionate changemakers from across the world. I value the conversations we have had over so far and look forward to the conversations we will have in years to come.
I have gained a grounded understanding of how to tackle social and economic inequalities. I also take with me ethical leadership skills and a professional network of social change leaders and academics needed to navigate the challenge of our times.

Fellowship is also a lifelong journey. At the end of their active fellowship year at LSE, Fellows will have the opportunity to build their engagement in the Atlantic Fellows global community, in the company of Senior Fellows from all seven Atlantic Fellows programmes around the world.
